Transform is a core part of the London 2012 Changing Places Inspire programme, an initiative that aims to support host borough communities to secure lasting social and environmental benefits as a legacy of the 2012 Games.
Transform enables Groundwork London to give time and materials to support local community groups transform their rundown and underused green and open spaces into thriving community resources.
The scheme runs until 2014 and aims to help groups increase their confidence and capability to sustain these projects into the longer term.
