Groundwork London’s employment and skills training service operates many training schemes and skills programmes that are all about motivation and changing lives. We offer training to build people’s skills and gain recognised qualifications and build their confidence as well as their job prospects. We help people to retrain and gain valuable work experience in an area of work that interests them. They also receive support, encouragement and access to opportunities to help them find work. One-to-one support is available from employment advisors who ensure their clients have the skills and tools they need to find the right job.
Often, our programmes are linked to improving the local environment, retrofitting or growing new skills for a greener economy.
We enable people to change and move on a journey towards the right training and employment for them.
